As a Community Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for building and nurturing our online communities while strengthening our brand image. You will play a central role in engaging our audience, managing social media platforms, and implementing strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
Community Engagement:- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across social media platforms and other relevant channels.- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive and professional tone.- Initiate and participate in conversations to create meaningful interactions.Content Creation:- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, images, videos, polls, etc.) that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.- Develop campaigns and promotional materials.Monitoring and Reporting- Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and feedback.- Event Planning and Execution- Organize and host virtual or in-person events to strengthen community ties.- Actively participate in relevant industry events to represent the brand.Advocacy and Feedback:- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our reach.- Gather and relay feedback from the community to internal teams to inform product development and improvements.
Collaborate with a dynamic marketing team to brainstorm ideas, support ongoing projects, and contribute to team goals.
- Graduated with a degree in Marketing.
- Passionate about social media, storytelling, and online communities.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage audiences.
- Proficient in managing popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics and planning tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
- Experience or education in digital marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.
