We never share your personal data without your express consent. For example, if you wish to share your personal data with a third-party service partner of Lodin, an authorization window will appear and the transfer can only be made with your authorization.

Your written request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of your identity document (valid identity card or passport). The request must also specify the address to which we should send the response. We will make every effort to ensure that the requested actions are taken as soon as possible and at the latest within 45 days.
6- How long do we keep your personal data?
Lodin implements measures to ensure the security of personal data, such as access control, intrusion and data protection. User data is stored in the main system for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, which ends under the conditions set out in Article 20 "Termination and cancellation" - to which is added a maximum backup period of 6 months (except regulatory exception).
